AUTHOR'S NOTES:
Not much to say about Rakir. He is an average hero and does a fair amount of attack, but his real value lies in his Scouting III and Spell Casting skills. At the start of the game, Rakir is good for clearing the map, and taking over small lairs and nodes. But his value quickly fades as things start to heat up. I would recommend you pass up Rakir.
